What to Expect on Your First Visit

Consultation
We'll sit down and go over your health history, any current concerns or symptoms, and what’s important to you when it comes to your health and wellness goals. This helps me get a clear picture of where you are in your journey and how I can best support you.

Examination
Next, I’ll guide you through a thorough exam that includes range of motion testing, orthopedic assessments, and a posture analysis. These objective measures help us understand what’s going on in your body and give us a baseline to track your progress moving forward.

Spinal Analysis
This is where I’ll check your spine for subluxations—areas that aren’t moving properly and may be interfering with how your nervous system is functioning. My goal is always to identify and correct those blocks so your brain and body can communicate clearly again.

If needed, I’ll refer you out for x-rays—usually only in cases of major trauma (like a car accident), suspected fracture, instability, disc issues, or severe nerve interference.

Adjustment
If no x-rays are needed, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment right after the exam. It’s included in the cost of the visit and tailored to your body’s needs and comfort level.

Second Visit

Report of Findings & Adjustment:

At your next appointment, I’ll go over the findings from your initial visit and explain what they mean in a way that’s easy to understand. Based on your specific needs, I’ll share my care recommendations and how we can best support your health goals.

We’ll also talk through payment options and work together to find a plan that fits your schedule and your budget. Once we’ve gone over everything, you’ll receive your next chiropractic adjustment.
